Family vacations require a lot of careful planning especially when you are traveling with an infant. Decision with respect to type of property, selection of places to visit etc are crucial. Skeptical of travel agencies I started my homework for year end visit to Munnar, Kerala. After a lot of confusion I decided to try the services of "Trips Square." I remained skeptical till the start of the trip, however as the trip advanced I was nothing but pleasantly satisfied and happy with the entire experience. With no worries about food, hotel and even sight seeing we thouroughly enjoyed our vacation. The human connect from "Trips Square" in form of round the clock assistance over phone and the driver, Mr Pauly was a big relief. We had no worries in moving from a place to another, getting in to adventure sports or sight seeing because it was well planned and nicely executed. Mr Pauly was very helpful and friendly, even with our seven months old son. He took utmost care of our little champ while we enjoyed the beautiful landacape of Munnar. Overall we were treated with utmost respect and were offered a great service. I thank the moment when i decided to go with Trips Square and without any doubt they would soon be planning another trip for our family. Thank you UM. A long way to go...
